The China (Zhongshan) Intelligent Lighting Standardization Application Forum was held in Zhongshan on March 21st. The forum was co-sponsored by The National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&d and Industry Alliance (CSA), the Third Generation Semiconductor Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (CASA) and the Public Safety Standardization Institute of the Chinese Academy of Standardization. The forum mainly discussed and communicated on the theme of intelligent lighting standardization application, and the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance (CSA) issued three alliance standards for solar street lighting, classroom lighting and NB-iot road lighting interface.

T/CSA 039-2019 Technical Specification for LED Solar Street Light Powered by Lithium Battery is mainly drafted by Anhui Longvolt Energy Co., LTD., Huzhou Mingshuo Optoelectronic Technology Co., LTD., Hangzhou Huapu Yongming Optoelectronic Co., LTD., And Xinofi (China) Investment Co., LTD., the holding subsidiary of DongXu Optoelectronics co., LTD. (stock code 000413). This standard is mainly applicable to lithium battery powered LED solar street lamps driven by off-grid solar photovoltaic independent power source and low-voltage DC mode, and standardizates the technical requirements, test methods, testing rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and other aspects of street lamps. The performance and appearance requirements of solar cell modules, lithium ion battery packs and LED lamps are standardized and the relevant testing methods are proposed.
