The S202 Provincial Road Project in Yuzhou District, Fuyang City
The S202 Provincial Road in Yuzhou District, Fuyang City, is located from the entrance of Fuyang South Expressway to the border of Fuyang. For a long time, due to the excessive power consumption of the same number of municipal street lamps, the annual electricity bill for road lighting has reached several hundred thousand yuan. In 2015, the local government decided to install solar street lamps on both sides of this 8-kilometer-long section of road as a pilot project to achieve the goals of energy conservation, consumption reduction and emission reduction. This solar street lamp project was handled by Langyue Energy. The entire solar street lamp pole is 12 meters high, with 2 components of 180W and a light source of 120W. The distance between the two lamps is 40 meters. The installation and acceptance were completed in December 2015, with a total of 360 sets installed. After the project was completed, the high-power and high-definition lighting of the Langyue solar high-power street lamps not only provided convenience for people passing through this section of the road but also saved a considerable amount of municipal electricity fees for the local area every year, earning high praise from the local district government.
