Xiamatang Town, located in the eastern mountainous area of Nanfen District, Benxi City, Liaoning Province, belongs to the Qianshan branch of Changbai Mountain. Its geographical coordinates are 123°44 'east longitude and 41°1' north latitude. The total area is 223 square kilometers, with a total population of 12,782, among which 10,996 are agricultural population and 1,786 are urban population. In October 2017, over a hundred 8-meter 60W Langyue Internet of Things solar street lamps were installed on Xihe Road and Binhe Road in Xiamatang Town respectively, bringing great convenience to local residents' night travel. Meanwhile, the lighting mode can be adjusted in a personalized way through the Internet of Things system according to the day and night time, making the lighting mode more intelligent.
