The "One matter, One Discussion" fiscal award and subsidy project in Shuicheng County
Shuicheng County is located in the west of Guizhou Province, bordering Yunnan Province. It is under the jurisdiction of Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province. It is situated in the watershed area between the Wujiang River and the Beipanjiang River. It is adjacent to Liuzhi Special District and Nayong County in the east, Weining County and Xuanwei City of Yunnan Province in the west, Panzhou City and Pu 'an County in the south, and Hezhang County in the north. It is known as the "Pearl of the Plateau" in Guizhou and the "Southwest Coal Sea" of the motherland. The "Procurement of Solar Street Lamps for the Fiscal Subsidy of Shuicheng County Finance Bureau through One Matter, One Discussion" project, which began construction in November 2014, adopted 5-meter 18W light source Langyue solar street lamps, with a total of 1,744 units involved, covering 17 villages in 15 towns including Qinglin Township. Shuicheng County has a subtropical humid monsoon climate with abundant rainfall and a mild climate. The four-year warranty period of the solar street lamp project installed by Langyue here is about to expire, and the current lighting rate still reaches 99%, with all-night lighting throughout the night.
