Jinsha County's "One Matter, One Discussion (Second Time)" project
Jinsha County is a county under the jurisdiction of Bijie City, Guizhou Province. Located in the northwest of Guizhou Province and the east of Bijie City, Jinsha is adjacent to Zunyi in the east, Guiyang in the south, Bijie in the west and Chengdu-Chongqing in the north. It is situated in the economic zone of central Guizhou, the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and the Pan-Pearl River Delta Economic Circle. The Hangzhou-Ruijin Expressway, the Chiyang-Wangzhou Expressway and the Panzhihua-Guizhou Rapid Railway run through the county. Jinsha is a strong economic county in Guizhou Province, one of the top 100 counties in western China and one of the most promising characteristic demonstration counties for investment in China. In light of the national Western Development Initiative and its policy and financial support, combined with the topography and landforms of Guizhou Province, solar street lamps are relatively suitable. Up to now, projects such as the "Jinsha County One Matter One Discussion Fiscal Subsidy Solar Street Lamp Project", the "Jinsha County 2014 Xiaokangzhai Action Plan 'Ten Counties, Hundred Towns, and Thousand Villages' Demonstration Project Provincial Demonstration Solar Street Lamp Purchase and Installation Project", and the "Jinsha County 2017 One Matter One Discussion Construction Solar Street Lamp (Second Time) Project" have all adopted Langyue solar street lamps. More than 5,300 lamps have been accumulated, covering 28 towns and 143 villages, providing great convenience for villagers' night travel. All of them have passed the inspection of the county finance bureau, the financial sub-bureaus of the towns and townships, and the village committees, and have received consistent praise and recognition from local villagers and relevant governments.
