The Pan County Project in 2013
Panzhou City (formerly Pan County) is a county-level city directly under the jurisdiction of Guizhou Province and administered by Liupanshui City. It is located at the junction of Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, between 104°17' and 104°57' east longitude and 25°19' and 26°17' north latitude. It borders Pu 'an to the east, Xingyi to the south, Fuyuan and Xuanwei of Yunnan Province to the west, and Shuicheng to the north. As the western gateway of Guizhou, it is known as the key to Yunnan and Guizhou and a strategic pass between Sichuan and Guizhou. Since 2013, Langyue Energy has installed solar street lamp projects in the local area This includes the "2013 Solar Street Lamp Procurement and Installation Project under the 'One Matter, One Discussion' Fiscal Subsidy Program in Pan County", the "2014 Solar Street Lamp Procurement and Installation Project (Bid 6) in Pan County", the "2015 Solar Street Lamp Procurement and Installation Project under the 'One Matter, One Discussion' Fiscal Subsidy Program in Pan County (for four towns including Shuitang Town and Dashan Town)", and the "2016 Solar Street Lamp under the 'One Matter, One Discussion' Fiscal Subsidy Program in Pan County" The procurement and installation Project (Phase I) and other projects have accumulated over ten engineering works, with a total of more than 6,300 street lamps installed, covering dozens of towns and townships. Several years have passed. Some projects have now reached the end of their warranty period, but the lighting rate is still no less than 80%, truly solving the problem of solar street lamps remaining lit all night long in areas with long periods of overcast and rainy weather.
